At DeskRelief, we’re committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. All our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners to customers in the United Kingdom and Canada. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, after which shipping begins.

Depending on your location, delivery can take 7–15 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary due to high demand, customs clearance, or unforeseen delays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply upon import into your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

 

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

• Personal wellness or hygiene-related items (such as massage devices that touch skin directly) may not be eligible for return unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.

To initiate a return, please contact us through our Help Center with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was received in a defective or damaged condition.

 

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method via Razorpay, within 5–10 business days after the product is received and inspected.

Damaged or Faulty Products

 

If your product arrives damaged or is not working properly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. We will replace or refund your item at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

 

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as we start processing quickly to ensure faster delivery. After that period, cancellations are no longer guaranteed. If the item has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process after receiving it.
